Clinical and Research Interests:

  5. Andrea Harbison is a genetic counselor at LBJ General Hospital. She received her MS in Medical Genetics from the University of Cincinnati. She does prenatal genetic counseling and also sees consults and helps coordinate the pediatric genetics clinic at LBJ General Hospital. Andrea is also involved with the UT Genetic Counseling Program. She is a clinical supervisor and also helps facilitate coursework. Andrea's main interests are health literacy, bilingual genetic counseling, multicultural issues, and continuing to work on her Spanish language skills.
