  1. Function of secreted signaling pathways on peripheral eye development and retinal stem cell regulation.
  2. Creation of Leber Congenital Amaurosis (LCA) mouse model for the study of disease mechanisms and retinal stem cell-based therapy
  3. Function of Hippo signaling pathway during retinal development
